Hello Warwick Little League Families!
This is to inform you of upcoming Umpire Clinics for anyone who is interested in being an umpire for the upcoming Spring little league season. These educational clinics are highly recommended for all umpires and attending at least one of these clinics is mandatory for anyone who will be umpiring for the first time this season.
***UMPIRE CLINIC SCHEDULE CHANGE***
Hello everyone,
The Umpire Clinic scheduled for Thursday 3/14 has been changed to Saturday 3/16 at 10:00 AM at the Warwick Masonic Lodge located at 71 Forester Ave. We will begin at the lodge and then, weather permitting, we will finish up at Koch Field at Memorial Park.
We will be posting a sign up genius for each of these clinics as they come up, please sign up if you are attending so we can get an approximate head count prior to the clinic.
We will hold 3 clinics -
Clinic #1 - Saturday 3/16 at 10:00 AM at Warwick Masonic Lodge
Clinic #2 - Thursday 3/21 from 7:30 - 9:00 PM at the WV Middle School Gym
Clinic #3 - Date/time TBD, week of April 1 at Koch Field
Any youth who has aged out of a division can umpire the bases in the division below their league age; for example a Majors player can umpire the bases in Minors games.
Youth 14 and over can umpire home plate in Minors games
Youth 15 and over can umpire the plate at any level
Pay schedule as follows (Adult = anyone 18+ years of age):
Adult plate - $65
Adult bases - $25
Adult plate and bases - $90
Youth plate - $45
Youth bases - $25
Youth plate and bases - $65
Umpire scheduling for April will be available upon release of the game schedule later this month.
